I have a relatively young child so PLENTY of songs...and you can never get bored of counting cars......oh and not to forget colours of cars!

Split arguing siblings up by sitting one in the front with the driver + one in the back with the the other parent then swop over during trip

Talk to them rather than switch on the radio/cd. Engage them with what's OUTSIDE the car. Guess what to expect in the next 10 minutes.
