Let little ones travel in their pyjamas, so if they are sleeping when you arrive, you can lift them into bed without waking them again!

Make a list for them to spot along long journeys eg.boat, cow, etc keeps thier mind occupied so no need to use food to occupy them.

do a lucky dip bag full of treats and small games to do on journey, let them pick one every 15-30 mins depending on how long the journey is.

Start out early so they fall asleep for part of the journey and make plenty of stops along the way.
