If you are going on a long trip set off at their bedtime and they will more than likely sleep the whole journey. lots of snacks and game!

Have a variety of activities and snacks within easy reach for the children and take plenty of breaks with time to run around.

Before setting off ensure the kids use the toilet, stop for a break, take with you activities kids can do and lots of healthy snack.

my top tips for travelling with the kids is to play a sing-song kareoke. Just put a cd into the car and have fun! I also recommend Ds lites
